The Executive Suite Industry

The early 1990's brought rise to the information age as industry began to experience a technology revolution. Traditional commercial office clients expected state of the art technology, communications and amenities with the booming economy. New office solutions were needed to support company expansions and their teams spread out over multiple locations. This movement continued through the decade and has led to a decentralization and shrinkage of the conventional office environments and an expansion of the alternative office solutions. It also led to growth of the executive suite industry, today there are over approximately 4,000 executive suite centers in the United States. Ninety percent of the centers are owned and operated by smaller, independent companies.

Alternative office services through office business centers continue to expand and adapt to the new requirements of its customers by providing necessary variations in space, providing supportive environments, and the most current technologies. Suites may be located in many types of locations including multi-tenant commercial buildings, stand alone buildings, and office condominiums.
